As a newbie momma, Kapuso star Vaness del Moral is a hands-on parent to her eight-month-old daughter, Ellie, who was born on May 26, 2021.
In an interview with GMANetwork.com, the Widows' Web actress shared insightful tips for first-time parents on how they can take care of their little ones amid the pandemic.
According to Vaness, it is important to feed babies with fruits and vegetables for vitamins and nourishment.
“During the pandemic, siyempre… fruits since hindi pa sila masyadong nakakapag-vitamins. Makukuha nalang nila 'yung vitamins from fruits. Feed them 'yung masusustansyang pagkain,” she shared.
Vaness also mentioned that spending time and communicating with babies are essential.
“At least naririnig nila 'yung words from you and they feel na, 'Ay, kinakausap ako ng nanay ko.'
“May emotional attachment na ang babies. They may not remember the memory, kung ano 'yung nangyayari sa paligid nila, but they will always remember the feeling.
Currently, Vaness is in the taping bubble for the upcoming GMA Telebabad series Widows' Web, where she's a part of the leading stars with Pauline Mendoza, Ashley Ortega, and Carmina Villarroel-Legaspi.
